Production Process
Magnesium Photoengraving Plate is produced by process semi-casting and hot rolling with tons rolling machine.
Semi-casting is through using vertical casting and is colded by constant temperature well water under around during casting processing. Making casting completedly slabs(billets) have very small grain and very tight spacing between grain and grain.
Ensuring perfect inner quality without pore and slag inclusion.Which can be verified that we used Inspection method for macrostructure of wrought magnesium alloy products.
We produce magnesium sheet conforms to MIL-T-38749(USAF) Standard.
Normal mention to Magnesium Alloy Plate is pointed magnesium alloy hot rolling plate which is through heating treament state H24, H26,O.
So AZ31B H24 magnesium alloy plate also called Magnesium Tooling Plate has a perfect flatness and good surface with moderate strength and ductility.

Where is Magnesium used?
Why Magnesium?
Magnesium is the third-most-commonly-used structural metal, following iron and aluminum.
The main applications of magnesium are, in order: component of aluminum alloys, in die-casting (alloyed with zinc), to remove sulfur in the production of iron and steel, the production of titanium in the Kroll process.
Magnesium, in its purest form, can be compared with aluminum, and is strong and light, so it is used in several high-volume part manufacturing applications, including automotive and truck components.
Magnesium sheet and plate find application in medium strength service at temperatures below 150C. Diverse uses including aircraft fuselage, concrete tools, cell phone, camera, notebook computer cases and textile machinery.
